First Commonwealth Names New Manager for Northern Cambria Branch

INDIANA, PA (February 18, 2026) ― First Commonwealth Bank announced the appointment of a new manager to its Northern Cambria Financial Solutions Center, located at 920 Philadelphia Ave in Northern Cambria.

Jeffrey Matthews brings an extensive background in leading teams in retail customer service to First Commonwealth.  For the past two decades, he has served as a general manager for Kohl’s Department Store.

Matthews began his professional career more than 20 years ago as a regional operational manager   national retain chain Linen -n Things.  He then spent the next 22 years in various managerial positions for Kohl’s Department Store in Hanover and Altoona.

A Penn State University graduate with a degree in education and Social Sciences, Matthews lives in Duncansville.
