First Commonwealth Names Business Banker to Central Ohio Commercial Banking Team

COLUMBUS, OH (April 10, 2026) ― First Commonwealth Bank has announced the appointment of a new business banker to its Central Ohio banking team.

Brad Rader brings nearly a decade of professional experience in business development, leadership, and relationship management. cultivating strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets to his new role at First Commonwealth.

Most recently, Radar served as the market sales manager at NCS Staffing, where he developed and maintained strategic relationships with construction and industrial companies to place skilled trade professionals.  Prior to that, he spent the past eight years in sales-related positions in the financial services industry.

A graduate of Ashland University with a bachelor’s degree in Education, Radar also earned his Master of Business (MBA) Degree from Walsh University. Radar lives in Grandview, Ohio, and will be based out of First Commonwealth’s Lewis Center office.
