Betsy serves in an operational role at the insurance agency, primarily supporting Property & Casualty.  She helps streamline processes, assist with policy servicing, and provide operational support that allows agents to focus on what matters most—serving their clients. She’s passionate about making sure the agency is always running as smooth as possible.
